SOLUTIONS WORK?
VISTA's wearable sensors, such as eBeat and eDoctor, are designed to collect vital patient data, including body temperature, respiration rate, and chest expansion. This information is then transmitted to a LoRaWAN® gateway, which forwards the data packets to a network server. From there, the server sends the data to our application, allowing healthcare professionals to search through patient information, monitor health conditions in real-time, and generate detailed reports.
During transmission, sensitive patient information is safeguarded by a high-security encryption protocol, ensuring data protection and preventing unauthorized access. LoRaWAN® is a secure network protocol with two main layers of security: encryption and authentication.
The encryption layer utilizes AES-128 encryption, a robust and widely trusted algorithm. The authentication layer employs unique keys shared between devices and gateways, preventing unauthorized devices from connecting to the network and transmitting data. This system ensures that medical data sent over the network remains accessible only to authorized medical personnel.
